Stop by for weekly group yoga and Fitness Fusion classes to work up a sweat with friends, then head to the spa to unwind in the hot tub and steam sauna, all located in the spacious and fully stocked locker rooms.

The Fitness Center is located on the club's second floor, offering magnificent views of the surrounding hills and golf course. The Havens Country Club believes in living a healthy lifestyle and total wellness.
The club promotes that belief through a state-of-the-art gym available for use by all members ages 14 and older. The fitness area boasts high-end Precor cardio equipment, including treadmills, elliptical machines, stair steppers, rowers, upright stationary bikes, and recumbent bikes. Nautilus and many other weight machines are available to provide weight and resistance training as well as physio balls, TheraBand exercise bands, mats for stretching, and free weights for use to customize or add to members’ workouts.
Our personal locker room attendants assist in keeping the gym, fitness, and spa areas, and locker rooms areas fully stocked with towels, water, and hand sanitizers for your convenience.

You will have access to the same spa team that has created a stellar reputation with visitors from around the world. Our members enjoy access to special programs and as a club member, you’ll also have access to purchasing the same products and skin treatments as our sister property uses exclusively for their guests.
